Paul in Service was my service representative for this visit. He initially informed me that the 2 issues that I was experiencing with my vehicle would not be covered by my Zurich extended warranty because, although they were the result of faulty parts, they were outside the scope of what Zurich would normally cover. So I agreed to cover the cost of the repairs, as they seemed necessary. Paul then apparently contacted Zurich and lobbied on my behalf to have the repairs covered and ultimately was able to persuade them to cover the cost, thereby saving me $450. I am very appreciative to Paul for his efforts on my behalf and for his initiative to pursue this course of action in spite of what he knew to be Zurich's standard coverage policy regarding these types of repairs. It was an example of excellent customer service and I would have to acknowledge that it is one of several outstanding customer service moments I have experienced with Brotherton, including the initial purchase of my car. I continue to be impressed by my experiences with Brotherton and I would highly recommend them for purchasing or servicing a vehicle.
