I went in for a simple oil change and a tire rotation. I was told the tires didn’t need rotating yet. I mentioned an issue about lights not turning off when I lock my door. I was told that it would cost approximately $220 to find out what was done with the diagnostic check. The agent at the front desk later told me that he simply turned back the time to 30 seconds and the light was working correctly now that was so great to hear.

The service representatives at the counter were great. The technicians who changed the oil left synthetic oil smudges on my dash and the inside of my car smelled like oil the rest of the day. Also, the check engine light was on as I was leaving the dealership. They scanned it when I returned and there was an oil pressure sensor related code which was later diagnosed and found not to be an issue (at this time). Unfortunately, it was at this diagnostic session a few days later that when I returned to pick up the car, someone had left a dark stain on my beige interior passenger seat (I have photos to share if anyone is interested). This is the third time I've taken the vehicle to Brotherton for service and the third time I've had trash, oil and stains on the inside of the car! This is not what I expected from a GM/Cadillac dealership. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the folks at the counter were excellent every time (as was the salesman when we bought the car) but I do find myself wondering if I'll ever buy another vehicle from Brotherton again. I'm a very frustrated car owner. I still have 2 years of warranty and maintenance left on the vehicle and have real concerns what will happen the next time I take it in for service.

I had a very positive experience at Brotherton. I had been shopping multiple dealerships in multiple states. I live in Alaska with no dealerships on island so I must research elsewhere for a vehicle purchase. After searching various places in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, and Nevada the folks over at Brotherton were the easiest to deal with and gave me the best deal out of the mix. My salesman Aman and the financing team at Brotherton made the out of state purchasing process as smooth as possible and aided in getting my vehicle onto the barge to ship up to me. They are also aiding in getting my registration set up. Aman was very communicative and responsive to questions and any concerns I had. I would recommend Brotherton to others.

Mechanic claims he couldn’t the find key lock to rotate tires. Determine on his own somehow that they didn’t need rotating as noted on paperwork. Key was in plain sight on the center console. Representative I worked with didn’t seem to care when I asked about it. I care. For $1,150 in cost someone should care about quality service. I’ll be thinking twice before coming back.

Our experience at the dealership was phenomenal. Neb was professional and respectful. I wasnt talked down to or talked to like I was dumb and I have the upmost respect for Neb for that.
